Focused strength, power, speed, agility, and conditioning development with specific implementation of plyometrics, isometrics and sports science to enhance athletic ability within sport. This program also focuses on tissue repair and support to help combat and reduce potential risk of injury within sport.
Allocated days specifically for increasing range of motion, flexibility, agility, and strength. Using Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) techniques, allows the athlete to increase joint space and neurological control. With an emphasis on hip and spine, we are able to increase the usable workspace within joints and train for specific adaptations, such as the front or middle splits.
1-on-1 Functional Range Assessment (FRA) used to determine the health and mobility of each joint in the body. This examination is used to identify any limiting factors and develop specific programming to the individual athletes needs.
Going hand-in-hand with mobility, flexibility training is implemented into each specific mobility program. This is to help goaltenders reach their full potential and ability to extend into desperation save positions when necessary.
Learning and implementing skills specific to the athletes needs. Includes - Breath-work, reaction time, and decision making under stress.
Athletes have 7-day-per-week access to recovery tools and amenities such as cold tubs, saunas, and other features to maximize their down-time and recovery to be best prepared each and every day.
As a current NCAA Division I goaltender and certified mobility specialist studying Exercise Science, I have a broad understanding on what it takes to get to the next level through experience. I spent time playing juniors in the USHL and NAHL before committing to Sacred Heart University, where I began to offer training

Luca Di Pasquo is currently playing NCAA DI at Minnesota. He had previously spent 2 years at Michigan State and completed juniors in the BCHL for the Penticton Vees and in the NAHL for the Maryland Blackbears, and USHL for the Green Bay Gamblers.
Dominic James was selected in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft by the Chicago Blackhawks. He previously completed his colligate career as the captain of Minnesota Duluth. Dominic also represented Team USA in the 2021 World Junior tournament.
Brady Knowling currently plays for the U.S. National Team (US NTDP). Brady previously played youth in Ontario, Canada before making the transition to juniors. He has also represented Team USA on the world stage.
Greg Orosz currently plays NCAA DI at Alaska Anchorage. He had previously played juniors in the NAHL for the Odessa Jackalopes and Aberdeen Wings. He has also represented Team Hungary on numerous occasions.
Ryan Beck currently plays NCAA DI at Lake Superior State University. Ryan had previously spent time in the USHL for the Dubuque Fighting Saints and had the honor to represent Team USA at the Hlinka-Gretzky tournament.
Peyton Grainer is currently playing NCAA DI at American International College (AIC), and had previously spent time in the NAHL, USHL, and OHL for the Flint Firebirds.
